About this tool
This creates a simple table PDF from the cell values: column widths are sized from the content and the first row is repeated as a header on each page. Formatting such as colors, merged cells, images and charts is not reproduced. For pixel-perfect output, use Excel’s own Save as PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Will my formatting and charts appear?
No. Only cell values are rendered as a clean table. Charts, colors and merged cells are not included.
Can wide sheets fit on one page?
Columns are scaled to fit the page width. Choose landscape for wide sheets.
Are all sheets included?
Yes, each sheet starts on a new page with its name as a heading.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. ConvertBrightly processes files with JavaScript inside your browser. Nothing is sent over the network, and the files disappear when you close the tab. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads.
